Recruitment Specialists Wanted!

At the Migration Agency, we are working on one of the major societal issues of our time – migration. We are around 6,000 people here, and we have an unusually important job!

With us, you will work in an independent and rewarding role with varied assignments and a large network of contacts.

You will be part of the recruitment unit where we work closely together and have fun, but also set high demands on what we deliver and drive to create change that makes a difference.

The HR department at the Migration Agency works broadly with competence supply to support the organization in attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining, and transforming skills. We continuously work to develop and improve our recruitment process.

We are now looking for someone who has a strong commitment to working with recruitment as well as contributing to the development of our recruitment process and a successful competence supply.

What does a Recruitment Specialist do?

Your main responsibility will be to drive parts of the recruitment processes and to provide qualified and consultative support to our managers in the recruitment process. Our recruitment process includes, for example, the design of requirement profiles and job advertisements, marketing of vacant positions, as well as tests and interviews. The role is varied, the pace can be high at times, and you will switch between different parts of the recruitment process such as candidate contact, administrative tasks, and more qualified elements.

With your experience, you will contribute to the development of our working methods and processes and conduct training initiatives related to recruitment. Our ambition is to work more proactively with relationships to future employees and to develop our way of communicating about the Migration Agency as a workplace in the recruitment process to create a positive candidate experience.

Who are you?

The assignment and pace of development at the Migration Agency require that you see opportunities in change and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You can independently structure, plan, and prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and unpretentious, collaborate well with others, and have good communication skills.

You who are applying have:

  • A university degree with a focus on personnel and HR or another education combined with relevant experience for the role.
  • Experience in conducting recruitment processes.
  • Experience working consultatively and supportively with managers.
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in recruitment within the public sector.
  • Experience in conducting recruitments where a larger number of employees need to be hired simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with psychological tests.

Information

Employment type: Special fixed-term employment for a maximum of one year.
Working hours: office hours with the possibility of flexible working hours by agreement.
Location: Gothenburg. Travel in the service will occur.
We apply individual salary setting.
Start date: By agreement.
